Coconut Kiss Shipping Policy

We ship orders Monday-Friday (excluding public and school holidays), with the majority being sent same or next business day. Please note, selecting express shipping does not speed up the picking and packing of your order. All shipments are processed in the order we receive them.

PLEASE NOTE AUSTRALIA POST ARE CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING SIGNIFICANT DELAYS ACROSS THEIR NETWORK, WITH REGULAR PARCEL POST TAKING UP TO 4 WEEKS TO REACH CERTAIN AREAS. WE STRONGLY ADVISE YOU OPT FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING IF YOU NEED YOUR ORDER DELIVERED IN A TIMELY MANNER.

Regular parcel post can take 5-10 business days. Please keep in mind that we have no control over Australia Post delivery times and if you have a parcel that is more than 3 business days late contact us so that we can enquire further on your behalf.

Please note these times can increase by several days during peak times (generally Oct-Dec) and unfortunately this is completely out of our control. We highly recommend opting for express shipping if you need to receive your order in a timely manner during these busy periods.
