Please note we only accept returns if an item is faulty or not as described.

Returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis, please contact us prior to returning any product.

If your order has been picked incorrectly, we must be notified within 5 business days of you receiving your parcel so that we can rectify the error. Disputes raised after this time will not be assessed.
